Outfit For A Rainy Day

The past week's weather has been rather depressing with some cold, rainy days, so I struggled to decide what to wear to work one day as I had packed up most of my wintery clothes to make space for Summer!

I went for my blue and white striped long sleeve swing dress from Boohoo.com, relatively thick black tights, tan ankle boots from Topshop, black long cardigan from Primark, Bill Skinner necklace and ring and my oversized Alexa from Mulbery.

This outfit was suitable for work and comfy. Let's hope for some more Summer days to bust out summery outfits.

What's Inside B's Bag Today!

I always see blog posts about what's inside people's bags and I love to have a nosy, so I thought I'd share with you what's inside my bag today.

I try and alternate my bags regularly, but at the moment my Alexa seems to be getting the most use. I got it last Christmas and I love it. It's the oversized one, so plenty of room for all the stuff I seem to lug around. As you can see, I'm a bit Mulberry obsessed with my make up bag and purse.

I carry quite a bit of make up with me everyday and some essentials are the Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder (£7.99) that smells of chocolate, Collection Bronze Glow Mosaic Powder (£2.99) which I got in my June Glossybox, my EcoTools Bamboo Powder Brush (£9.99), a really good brush that doesn't malt and Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Pout (£15.00), lovely baby pink colour and not too sticky.

Can't forget my phone, which has the amazing pineapple case from Skinnydip London.

Maybe next time, we'll find a coconut in my bag! (those who watch Sex and the City will get the reference)

Boohoo Floral Top

I recently bought this lovely new floral top from Boohoo.com. I was just browsing their website...become a bit of a weekly habit, to see what new clothes they might have added and I came across this black and pink floral top with a draped back. The great thing with Boohoo is that they have View Catwalk on nearly all of their items so you can get a good idea of if you like the item. I ordered it and it shortly arrived 3 or 4 days later.

It's a great fit, lovely colours and shape. For me, it comes up quite short at the front but I love it, I wear a black strappy top underneath as it is see-through. 

 Love the draped back!
